Hosting and infrastructure
We host our website on our own Proxmox servers running on dedicated Hetzner servers located in Germany and Finland.
All website traffic, database records, and server logs remain on these European servers.
Web server logs
When you browse our website, our web servers automatically record technical connection details. These logs record an IP address and request data (such as the requested page URL, time of access, and technical browser details), and nothing else added by us.
We use this technical data to maintain server security, resolve connection errors, and protect against abuse.
Web server logs are retained for about 14 days under standard Linux log rotation and then automatically deleted.
Contact form inquiries
When you contact us through the website form, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, company name, your message, and your consent via the checkbox.
Form submissions are emailed to Mundofy and are also saved in the website database so that no message is lost if email delivery fails.
We use this information solely to review your request, reply to your message, and discuss prospective work.
We retain contact emails and stored database entries only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and manage correspondence.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Community Edition, hosted on an owner-managed European server.
Plausible operates without cookies and does not collect personal data, track visitors across sites, or build user profiles. It records aggregate metrics such as page visits, referrer domains, device types, and country of origin.
Because this setup uses no cookies and collects no personal data, no cookie consent banner is used for analytics.
Cookie policy
This website does not set tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies.
Any technical cookies set by the website are strictly functional and necessary for the site to operate.
Lawful bases for processing
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for contact form submissions when you check the consent box.

Your data protection rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where applicable.
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@mundofy.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
