The process of kicking off our regulatory roadmap under MiCA within the jurisdiction of The Netherlands is crucial and underway. MiCA, or the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, is a landmark European Union regulation that establishes a harmonized legal framework for crypto-assets across all Member States. For crypto-asset issuers like MEDRE, operating under MiCA Title II (which applies to "other crypto-assets" like ours), this regulation is vital for ensuring strong investor protection, market integrity, and legal certainty. Our commitment to this authorization process with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) is a cornerstone of our project, establishing a solid and compliant operational foundation from the outset.
